Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to say but with a general ranking of 9 Lac in JEE Mains 2019, I don't think you will be eligible for any government or semi government colleges in India for BTech CSE. You should prefer some other Engineering college that is not affiliated to JOSAA. I hope this information was helpful!
