You can apply for IIM.

Majorly the admission depends upon CAT score ..valid score in CAT exam takes you to WAT and PI round .

However you scored a average or above average marks ,they consider your academic marks , past academic performance and many other factors ...

Work experience -10

12th mark -5 .
