The rank list will be considering only the best of the scores of the two attempts of a candidate. With this rank, the chances of getting into an NIT seem quite slim. However, you could reappear for the exam in April and try to improve your performance.

As per previous years trends you may get less chances to get good College with this percentile.but it is difficult to predict the college because the official cutoff is released after the jEE mains April exam.i would like to suggest the you to give attempt to April jEE mains exam to improve your percentile score.

Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.

Depending on last year's cutoff it will be difficult to get admission in NIT (National Institute of Technology) through general category. You have an opportunity again to give JEE Mains in April to improve your score.
