For your percentile 90 in jee , your rank is around 100000 and as you are under general category,  thus yes you have decent good chances to get seat in gftis.  But it will also depend on which branch you want to take admission in . So I would suggest you choose wisely and go for counselling accordingly.  I hope it helped
