Hello,
IIIT Bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains score. In year 2018, the cutoff marks for integrated M.tech in CSE was 182 whereas the cutoff marks for integrated M.tech in ECE was 170. Please note that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number of students appearing for the examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.

Hello Prakash,
According to al the information you have provided about your NTA score and also about your reservation catgory, it will still be quite hard to say if you'll get your desired branch in your desired college. This is because the cut off trends tend to change each year and same is expected for this year. However, after seeing the past year cut offs it will be hard for you get into your desired college. But, you can still hope that you'll get a govt. college. All the best!
