I got 90.9 percentile in JEE mains paper 1 and rank 1,01,013 ,general category.I want only CSE or IT. Which colleges should I fill in Josaa?

I see that you have got 90.9 percentile in jee mains. It is not good , but it is ok. And you are aiming for CSE or IT. You won't get into nit. It might be possible to get into sme IIIT like IIIT pune. You might be able to get admission in some private colleges also.

But i don't think it would be beneficial. You should prepare for next year JEE Mains and work hard. Still if you want to go then you can go , but i suggest you don't go . Work hard and you will get much better than this.
