I got 81.3 percentile in jee mains 2019and with general rank 219000 and obviously rank 70000 which college to choose in josaa counselling?

Wait for spot rounds as under home quota , seats in nits for obc extends upto 2.5 lakhs in some of the nits like nit sikkim, nit manipur , nit agartala etc. Best of luck
