ICT Mumbai is perhaps the best institute for Chemical Engineering in India, at par with Top IITs and IISc Bangalore. I believe unless you have certain Category Advantage, at a percentile score of 90.91 in MHT CET 2020, you may have bleak chances in securing a seat at ICT Mumbai Chemical Technology, and perhaps fair chances in Polymer, Paint and other lower branches.
