Since Scottish Church College and St Xavier's College(Kolkata) are affiliated to University of Calcutta, hence it follows the norms of the University, and as per its official notification for candidates seeking admission in undergraduate courses after 10+2 should not have a year gap for more than five, if I talk about this year then those who have completed 10+2 from 2015 to 2020 were eligible for admission process, for more clarity on this matter you can also visit the respective official websites of the concerned colleges.
