Yes you can get admission in DU but only in some arts related courses which have little lower cut-offs and also if the percentage mentioned by you should be the percentage of best 4 subjects otherwise it is quite difficult to predict the list because for admission to Delhi University your best four percentage will be taken into consideration if the course is accepting admission on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 which arts course does and on such percentage you can only try for Arts courses because other courses have cut-offs quite higher .

So if the percentage mentioned by you is the aggregate percentage of those four subjects in which you have scored maximum marks in comparison to other one or two subjects then on such percentage you have chances to get colleges for Arts like :-

• Miranda House
• Kirori Mal College
• Hansraj College
• Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College

And some more but along with above prediction kindly keep a note that above prediction is totally on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change depending upon various factors like :
