you can secured  a good result in boards. But jee marks is not enough to get in any good NITs. competition is very tough thus the cut off may increase. You have a lesser cance to get admission in NITs. you can go for the private colleges as your board marks is good enough.

With this JEE main percentile, you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for sure. Even if you are from reservation category , you won't get a seat.
But you 12 boards marks is very good. Congrats for that.
So you can apply for engineering through REAP.

The REAP 2019 registration process is available in online mode only till June 30. Candidates will be offered admission to government aided and private unaided technical institutions affiliated to RTU through a centralised admission process. Admission through REAP 2019 will be through two streams  JEE Main 2019 and Class 12 qualifying marks. Counselling of REAP 2019 will be conducted in three rounds and a special round.
You have high chances if getting engineering seat through REAP.
