Hi
According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), candidates appearing/ must have secured at least 75% (for General) and 65% (for SC/ ST) marks in 10+2 exam or be in the top 20 percentile in 10+2 conducted by the respective Board. Your percentile is good but board marks may just miss by a whisker for admission in NITs/ IITs/ CFTIs. You may although try for private engineering colleges.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
