SIR, I got 71% in tamil nadu state board below 75% but i got 86 percentile in jee mains will i get a chance to join in nit?

Unfortunately NO.
The eligibility criteria for admission in NITs requires a candidate to have 75% marks in 12th board (65% SC/ST) or be in top 20 percentile.Since you have less than 75% you will not be eligible for admission in NITs,IIIT,GFTIs and also IITs.You can take admission other private colleges.
