no NITs offer aerospace engineering, aeronautical engineering .There are very few college which provides this course.
Other than these IITs not offer aeronautical engineering.
There are some colleges which provides you aeronautical engineering but not have required laboratories .

Are you trying to say that you have got 92 percentile in Jee mains?

If this is the case then your expected rank is about 70 thousands which is calculated by the method released by NTA that is {100-(your percentile)}*8744.69.

Unfortunately, your rank is not sufficient to get you any college with aeronautical engineering branch. And also, there are very few colleges that offer Aeronautical engineering as branch which includes some of the old IITs like IIT Kanpur and Kharagpur.

I would suggest you try to improve your percentile in the coming jee mains paper that will occur in April, and achieve a remarkable rank to get your dream branch.
