You put a very good question but you never mentioned either you got this percent in 12 th board or even you get this percentage in any entrance exam

So I was little confused to answer you

Yes lovely, you will be able to do chemical engineering in university of Hyderabad. Even you can selected in any of the colleges except IITs Colleges.
But some colleges I recommend you that are :
1.chaitanya Bharathi institute of technology.
2. Birla institute of technology and science.
3. JNTUH college of engineering.
