See according to the percentage you have mentioned in the question there are very little chances that you might get B.Com Hons. in any of the good college of Delhi University. As you belongs to General category so if your score would be on the range of 95% to 98% then I would have produced handful of names of colleges in DU but although you can try fro some lower colleges like Gargi college and so on.
