The Last OBC NCL Rank Cutoff for IIITs last year was anywhere around 16.5k (IIIT Bhagalpur-Mechatronics), which converts to nearly 60k CRL Rank. Hence, for 60k CRL Rank, you need to improve your Percentile to anywhere near 94.5 or perhaps even above over next JEE Main Attempts for better counselling prospects among IIITs.
