Last year the qualifying cut off percentile to qualify in JEE Main was as follows for each category
If you belong to OBC-NCL category you have decent chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced considering the previous year cut off. NTA will release the cut off for JEE Main. The cut off percentile is subjected to change every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and other such factors.
