With 93.5 percentile in JEE Main 2019 and if you are a general candidate, it is difficult for you to get a top-ranking NIT like Warangal or Trichy since their cutoff percentiles for core branches are above 99.5 percentile. Even to get other good NITs, you need more than 97 percentile. You may check for your home state NIT or North-East NITs.

With a percentile of 93.5 it is difficult to get admission in top tier NIT such as Warangal and Madras. You may get into NIT colleges with lower tier branches
I would suggest taking a drop or score well in JEE advanced or write other competitive exams to get into core branches of engineering.
