As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 60147 - 48371. As you have not mentioned your category in which you belong. There is a less chance that you can get NIT/Top government colleges of  Delhi but you will surely get good private college in your desired branch. For more information you can check the list below:

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
