According to your percentile you approximate rank would be near about 50,000 and on the basis of this rank it is not possible to get CSE in any of the NITs or IIITs even with your reservation category.

Competition for CSE branch is much higher then from other branches and hence it's cut-off is also high. If you want CSE Branch then you should seat in second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of 98 percentile or more specially for you category.

Note that above prediction is based on previous years' cut-off trends and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
