Yes, CBIT does accept JEE Main score. The cut offs for every course varies. For CSE, the closing rank is around 25000. For IT, it is around 50K. For Mechanical, the closing rank is around 40K. At 94.6 percentile, your rank will be from 59K to 66K. So chances are a bit on the lower side. You can however wait for the spot couselling and can get admission if some seats are not filled.
