You will get Biotechnology at NITs that's for sure. Since this would be the first time of quota so it would be difficult to predict which NITs you'll get. But I guess you might get Biotechnology in good NITs like Bhoapl, Durgapur, Calicut, Nagpur etc.

You got a good percentile in jee mains and you have category of EWS and I think that with that category and percentiles ypu will get a NIT seat for sure in any branch. 

And talking about the colleges we can say you may get NIT seat in biotechnology in reputed NITs like warangal etc. I hope this helps.
