Your percentile score is too low to secure admission in government engg. colleges with biotechnology.Cuttoff percentile are going to predict around 85 percentile under general quota.To secure admission in government colleges(NITs,IITs and some state governments colleges) which accept jee mains score requires at least cuttoff score.Don't worry you still have one attempt for JEE MAINS 2019.Try to score better.

Also such colleges need at least qualifying score if they accept jee mains score.
