You haven't mentioned your Home State. This is important because the opening and closing ranks for each NIT for its Home State Students and Other State Students are different. As a Home State Student, you have the advantage over other State Candidates. So please do help us with your Home State.
To calculate your rank with the help of your percentile, we should use the formula:
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100. Going by this formula, your rank will be 43624. Now this is for January session. If the no.of Candidates appearing for JEE Mains April session is increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank is calculated using the formula: (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
With this rank, chances in CSE branch in any NIT might be less even with OBC reservation. But should you plan on appearing for JEE Advanced, you will qualify as the expected qualifying percentile is 85 and above. If you can help us with your Home State, we can also help you with probable colleges that you might have a shot at.
