Congratulations on good rank. You can secure seat in any branch as the previous years cut offs are all on your favour. Hence there are great chances to secure seat this year.  Depending up on the difficilty of paper and total seats available, cut offs might slightly change.

CBIT has a wide range of branches. The choices you may have are Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and a slight chance in CSE but you have to wait for a few rounds of counseling. Keep trying.

hello aspirant. you can get a b.tech seat through TS EAMCET counselling in chemical and industrial production engineering in sri chaithanya bharathi institute of technology, hyderabad. all the other streams have a cutoff ranks less than 2000. you can get this college in the second or the third round of counselling. all the best.
