Since you have not given MHT-CET, so you have to use your JEE Mains score to get a seat in MHT-CET CAP counselling. Now , to get admission through JEE Mains score, one needs to have cleared the JEE Mains cutoff as per their category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff category wise - 

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

Now , as per your rank and score in JEE Mains under OBC-NCL category you have cleared the required cutoff and have become eligible to a get through JEE Main score. Below I have listed some of the colleges under MHT-CET as per your JEE Main 2019 rank -
