i got 95.1 percentile in jee and i am obc student can i get seat in nit college?

hello Gopi krishna, If you got 95.1 percentile in jee mains and you are from obc category then it is better opportunity for you to get nit because nit jee mains cutoff is something about 74 percentile approx. so if you want to go for nit then try for it. May be that's helpful for you :)
