Ya sure you will get a lower branch in wce sangli .you can't suppose higher branch such as cse and ece .till you sit in counsilling for every rounds

You can get a chance of getting good branch but it's a very less chance .bczz 97 percentile is the cutoff for core branches in that college previous year
