Hello Sadhik, Congratulations you have secured good rank in Eamcet, If your family income is below the prescribed limit as stated in government order, then you are eligible for Fee reimbursement. As you didn't attend to Help line center the take all the required certificates including your income certificate and approach near HLC center for next step to apply for Fee reimbursement. They will help you in this issue.
