Congratulations!! You have secured very good rank in AIIMS. According to the previous year cut off the cut off for SC merit percentile was 94.576 corresponding to air 20490
For ST the cut off was 93.650 corresponding to the air 24151 
Unless you belong to the SC/ST category it is not possible for you to get a medical seat in aiims in the open round counselling as the cut off for UR and OBC is very high.
