Hi ! You have got decent percentile in JEE main. Your percentile will fetch upto the rank of 34000-36000. Thus you can easily get ECE in third tier and second tier college. These colleges include nit Manipur, nit Jharkhand, nit Meghalaya and nit Sikkim. This is normal and written on the basis of your good luck and vacancy. Normally, it is very hard to get ECE with this rank. Other colleges where you can get ECE are CV Raman, Jaypee, amity and other GFTI. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
