Your chances of getting CSE at Coimbatore campus are excellent considering the previous closing ranks which are close to 1600 under open quota and 5k for students eligible under state quota. There might be some doubts over getting core CSE but you will definitely make into it with specializations either in Artificial intelligence or Cyber security.
