Tezpur University officially does not declare the cutoff percentile. They provide an overview of the admission criteria. 

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (except fine arts) with a minimum score of 50 percent marks or equivalent grade in aggregate or in major from a recognized Indian or Foreign University / Institution (foreign degree should have the approval of UGC). Students in their final year of the degree programme and to submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination with required percentage of marks by October 30, 2018, are also eligible to apply.

Generally, 90-95 percentile in MAT is sufficient to score admission in the MBA programme of Tezpur University.
