i got 9.8 cgpa in 10th and 65% in 12th and my rank is 1840 in UPESAT. can i get CSE or Aeronauts in UPES university?

Check for min. requirements on the official website. As far as i know they give scholarship for above 85% but min. percent is 60

yes. u r ryt.... bt will this affect my rank? is 12th % just for eligibility criteria or it has some importance during my counseling session? because my 12th standrd marks are not good.... will it provide me with less choices?

it is just a eligibility criteria. You must have got ur counselling date. U are selected thats why they are calling u. Relax.
