As u have not mentioned your category so i will assume it to be from general category

So based on your percentile u can see from last year jossa cutoff for top nit it is around 3 to 4k closing rank so it's hard for u to get cse in good nit but it may happen that some of them and ofcourse some will clear jee advance and will take admission in iit so u can get a seat in top nit.

With 98.8 percentile in mains, you would have a secured a rank between 5k to 10k.
Even with that rank, it is not possible to get CS at NIT Trichy or Warangal.
But there are good chances at other NITs especially the New ones. And if you want to , you can go for other prestigious colleges such as NSUT or DTU or various IIITs.

Hi. I am guessing that you got a rank between 11000 and 15000. With this rank getting CS in top NITs is tough. However you can get your desired branch in a new NIT like goa. Regardless, do register for the JoSAA counselling procedure, as cutoffs may vary. You also could get a good GFTI. Do check out the college predictor on the Careers360 website.
