Your NEET score is 302 which is less for a general category candidate to get good colleges in any medical courses. On the other hand your MHCET percentile of 99.08 is a very good score. With this score you have a good chance of admission in BSc agriculture courses. 

There is no comparison between BSc agriculture and BAMS as they there both very different courses. If you want to desperately become a doctor i.e. if you want that doctor degree with any medical course then you can go for BAMS. But if you want to get a good college and try out a different field of education then you should go for BSc Agriculture. It's upon your choice. BAMS is an already well established field whereas BSc agriculture is developing and will have a great scope in the future years.
