With the percenty which you have got in the JEE main,your rank will be below 10000 and hence you are expecting a computer science branch.But the fact is that you will not get a computer science branch in NIT Trichy which is the top most NIT for computer science branch .But if you have a state category reservation,it will be very easy for you to get  computer science admission in a top NIT.But still you can make it to some NIT which is in top 5.Hoe you have understood what I meant.Thank You.
