Hello Sai krishna,
First of all congratulations, on your result that's quite appreciable. Now coming to your query, the cutoff rank for CSE in GITAM vizag was around 15000-18000. So, with the rank that you have specified i.e., 9k ... you can easily get a seat there and that's a best step from you joining there.
