Marks required in neet for general category under state quota for getting a seat in Government Medical College is :-

Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur"- 561
Sarojini Naidu Medical College:- 548
Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad:- 556
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi :- 543

So dear you have pretty good chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College but dear I am afraid that you may lose seat by few marks as this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off marks may get a hike,  so it would be better if you managed to get atleast  550 marks.
