So you got 88k in jee mains. I am considering that you are from general category as you have not mentioned anything. At this rank it is impossible to get into nits , IIITs even with lower branches. The cutoff is minimum for north east nits there also last branch closes at max 40k. So chances for you to get any seat is negligible. Still you have chances for gfti's as its rank goes till 1-2 lakh like bits mesra , etc

Your rank is 88290 so it is almost impossible for you to get into NIT/IIIT. 

I think you should consider private options. You can apply for Guru Kangri Vishvidyalya. 

You can also get HBTI if you are citizen of uttar pradesh. 

You can consider other good options in private colleges like Jaypee Noida it will soon release its form. Chandigarh University will also release its form soon.
