I'm assuming this that you have this rank in JEE Main exam of this year. If it's so, then unless you specify your home state I wouldn't be able to predict the best college you can get at this rank.
Sorry to inform you but it's going to be difficult for you to get a good college at this rank. You only have slight chances of getting a good college in your home state only.
I would rather suggest you to write for other state level entrance exams, and for some good private colleges to pursue engineering or if circumstances allows you can take a year drop and prepare again for JEE Mains and crack it next year with a good rank.
