You need to check the eligibility criteria on the official NTA website.
Please download the information bulletin and read it carefully.
If you have the minimum required marks (50%) in class 12th with subjects Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology then you are eligible to apply since the upper age limit has now been removed by the supreme court
Now that you have a gap of 9 years between exams, it might be possible that you may be asked to submit the affidavit for the gap once you get a seat in one of the medical colleges.
