Sorry to say that you cannot get into ECE branch of Vasavi .

The closing rank was 3k for ECE last year.

You can try other colleges like mgit,Srinidhi , CVR , vnr vignan

Or else you can get mechanical engineering in Vasavi.

If you want free seat then you should submit income certificate.

Salary limit is upto 1 lakh for general and 2 lakh for backward cast

First of all congratulations for getting a good rank but based on your rank and caste and  preferred group and college according to the cutoff rank of 2018 for ECE -4022 it's really hard to get admission in vasavi engineering College because of huge competition but cutoff rank changes year to year so try your luck
