It might be difficult to get iiit college at that rank cause the closing rank for iiit is around 26k. But you can take nit cause the closing rank for this is around 33k or more. With this rank if you belong to general category then it will be difficult for you to get a good branch in a nit or iiit. However, if you belong to some category then you can have a chance of getting a decent branch in these colleges.
