Hello Candidate,

Freezing a seat in the counselling rounds refers that you have blocked your seat and have confirmed your admission on the seat alloted to you in that counselling round, where is floating provides another option to either get a better seat in further rounds based on the availability as per your category.

Since you have already choosen the freeze option, you have no other Choice to just accept the allotted seat.
