I got alloted in the 2nd round of csab counselling. I am not ready to go and join in that college. Am i eligible for refund of money?

No, in case you did not withdraw or surrender your seat in the first special round of CSAB then the seat that will be alloted to you in the second round will be final and in that case you cannot get any refund if you do not take admission. If you take admission then that fees will be adjusted in your total fees and your total fees will be reduced by that much amount. Hope this helps.
