mam i am talking about neet ug counselling,and i want to know that i was alloted a seat in 1 round of counselling but after that i got a seat in my state so i will take that state seat,i have not reported the college of all india counselling,now i want the refund so will i have to take part in the 2 round of all india counselling and fill up the colleges which cannt be alloted to me or without taking part in 2 round i will be eligible for refund??please help
