Hello Allen, Congratulations for your seat.

If you want to go for second round of allotment you can do that without paying the fee but I suggest you to pay the fees but don't freeze your seat go for option through which you can confirm in mean but still try in second round so that atleast your keam seat will be saved if not got in next round.
