I think I'm the right one to answer this query, I'm currently studying third year in ECE at Madanapalle Institute of technology.

Based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration, the chances of getting cse at mits are good.

In 2018 I got a rank around 21k and unfortunately I didn't get cse but got ece. During second and third rounds some of my friends got cse who are having rank 30-45k. So you can surely get cse.
